Accreditation in MSL and ADA Associate Membership

The Institute for Multisensory Language Education (IMSLE) is one of the recognised training provider for the Australian Dyslexia Association (ADA).

Recognition of MSL Training with ADA (accreditation): Upon successful completion of all components of the MSL course applicants may apply for professional MSL recognition through an Associate Membership with the Australian Dyslexia Association (ADA). Successful applicants will also have the opportunity to be listed on the National Directory with the Australian Dyslexia Association (ADA).

Associate Members of ADA (AMADA's): Successful Associate Members of the ADA are also known as AMADA's. AMADA's have meet ADA *Associate membership requirements and are required to provide evidence of ongoing professional and continuing development in MSL language and literacy in order to maintain this specialist membership with ADA. This ensures that all AMADA's remain highly and effectively trained in structured literacy with the addition of a multisensory component.

*ADA Associate Membership Requirements (AMADA): Applicants need to provide evidence (a copy of their IMSLE transcript of results) that they have successfully completed all three components of the MSL Associate course in phonology and MSL Instruction. A bachelor degree is required for AMADA.
