Professional Recognition and Accreditation
IMSLE Certification

Upon successful completion of the IMSLE Associate course (all 3 Phases), participants receive an IMSLE Certificate of Completion and a record of results for their practicum + coursework readings & reflectings.

Australian Dyslexia Association (ADA) Accreditation

Graduates may also choose to apply for individual professional recognition and accreditation in Structured Literacy (all tiers) with a dyslexia specialisation through the Australian Dyslexia Association (ADA). Applications are assessed against the ADA's accreditation requirements. Successful applicants are awarded Associate Accredited Member of the ADA, (AMADA). There are many benefits, one being registered on the Australian Dyslexia Association's Directory of Accredited Structured Literacy Educators and Professionals, which includes practitioners from Australia, New Zealand, and other countries.

Maintaining Professional Recognition

Associate Accredited Members of the Australian Dyslexia Association (AMADA) are committed to ongoing professional excellence. To maintain accreditation, members are required to demonstrate continuing professional learning and development in Structured Literacy and related evidence-based literacy practices. This commitment helps ensure that accredited professionals remain current with emerging research, best practice and developments in the teaching of literacy and dyslexia.
